Hi, I’m Giordano and here I’ll tell you a bit about myself and the path I’ve taken and would like to continue on in the world of artisanal gelato, which I’ve been passionate about since I was little, and coffee, which I started to appreciate and study thanks to some people I met along my professional journey.

I hope this brief biography of mine will inspire many boys and girls who dream of and want to pursue an artisanal profession.

I’ll start by stating that for me, the world of gelato is magical, creative, and passionate.

My tireless love for artisanal gelato was born from my first work experience. I was 16 years old and I was fortunate enough to learn the gelato production techniques thanks to my employer at the time who gave me this opportunity.

Thanks to this first experience and thanks to my perseverance and curiosity, I attended the Italian Gelato School, where the teachers, in addition to the techniques and secrets of artisanal gelato, passed on to me their experience and their immense passion.

From there, I searched for a job at a gelato shop that would give me the opportunity to gain new experiences in the field.

In 2017 I moved to Germany to work in an artisanal gelato shop, where my mission was to uphold the honor of Italian artisanal gelato abroad. It was here that I would meet my colleague and friend who would pass on to me his knowledge and passion for coffee.

“After his three-year experience in Germany, Giordano decided to pursue his passion by opening his own gelato shop in Malcesine on Lake Garda, the town where he lives.
