After a childhood enchanted by the world of gelato, Giordano pursued his dream by attending the Italian Gelato School and perfecting his skills in Germany.

In 2017, he opened his gelato shop “L’Artigiano dei Sapori” in Malcesine, where he creates artisanal gelatos with fresh and genuine ingredients.

In addition to gelato, Giordano also offers artisanally roasted coffee and specialty coffees.

His mission? To convey the magic of taste and the true meaning of artisanal gelato.

In our laboratory, gelato is produced with care and passion, offering two main types: classic gelato and gelato made with local products.

The classic gelato is prepared following traditional Italian recipes, using high-quality ingredients such as fresh milk, cream, sugar, and natural flavorings. The artisanal mastery is expressed in the perfect combination of ingredients and the careful processing that ensures a creamy texture and a balanced flavor.

On the other hand, the gelato made with local products celebrates local excellences. Using fresh seasonal fruit, aromatic herbs, honeys, and other ingredients from the surrounding area, this type of gelato reflects the distinctive characteristics of the territory and offers a unique experience to customers.

The production of both types of gelato takes place with attention to detail and respect for traditions.
